LLJ Landscaping & Yard Maintenance delivers Lawn Mowing Service, Landscape Design, Yard Cleanup, Irrigation Installation, Lawn Care Service, Yard Maintenance, Sprinkler System Installation, Sod Installation. Site content is for informational purposes only and is not a guarantee of availability or pricing.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Termination. LLJ Landscaping & Yard Maintenance may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.
Warranty Disclaimer. LLJ Landscaping & Yard Maintenance makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.
Damages. LLJ Landscaping & Yard Maintenance is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify LLJ Landscaping & Yard Maintenance from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of HI, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in HI.
